Design, Strategy and Range Planning Meeting (up to 2 hours) $500

Up to 2 hour meeting to discuss your project and develop an initial design and development strategy. You can use this time to brief us on your requirements, discuss design and trends or any special considerations you have.

All consultations are treated with confidentiality and we can sign your NDA beforehand if required.

What we cover:

Introductions and background on your brand or idea

Overview of your general project concept

Outline of the development options available

Pros and cons of different factories and production approaches

High-level overview of timelines and investment required

Q&A to clarify your main priorities and next steps

Review and discussion of your specific design ideas and briefs

Exploring fabrics, trims, prints, and colour directions

Discussion of design details such as fit, finish, and construction options

Build out a draft project plan with milestones and timelines

Consider sustainability, certifications, and sourcing requirements

Early costing discussion and MOQ considerations

Next steps for moving into sampling and development

Extra if time allows:

Look at competitor products and positioning

Discuss packaging, labelling, and branding applications

Review retail price point goals vs production costs

Explore longer-term plans like additional ranges or scaling production

Outline how communication and approvals will work during the process

Once you book, we will contact you to arrange a time to meet. Meetings are booked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday between 9-5pm. 

Outside these hours incurs additional costs.
