The fashion industry generates over 92 million tonnes of textile waste each year and is responsible for up to 10% of global carbon emissions - more than aviation and shipping combined. While conversations often focus on recycling and upcycling, real change starts earlier: at the design and development stage.
At Techstyle Studio, we help brands cut waste and overproduction from the outset. Our Australian industry-standard Block Library is designed to support smarter, more efficient product development.
Our mission is to reduce discarded stock, minimise sampling, and move away from disposable fashion by giving brands the tools to build better from the beginning.
Here’s how we’re making an impact:
Starting your range with our blocks means you get the fit right from day one. It gives you more time to focus on design, not rework.
All blocks are also available in CLO 3D, making it easy to develop your range digitally before producing a single sample. With our digital tools, you can:
You can also send our digital pattern files straight to your factories, ensuring consistent sizing across suppliers and product categories. This simplifies cross-costing and helps you hit your target price points—freeing up room in your budget for better fabrics and quality finishes.
The future of fashion starts with smarter development.
Let’s get the fit right - before we create more than the world needs.
