Our Blocks

Our library includes over 100 pre-approved blocks across womenswear, menswear, kids, underwear, swim, and active. Each block is built around Australian standard sizing and available in graded DXF, PDF, Illustrator CAD, and 3D formats. These can be used as the foundation for new designs or customised for your brand’s unique fit and aesthetic.

Each pattern has been professionally developed, sampled, and refined through a minimum of three fit rounds by our experienced team of Garment Technologists, Pattern Makers, and Designers. With over 60 years of combined industry experience, it’s been rigorously tested to ensure a reliable, high-quality fit. Each pattern is based on standard Australian sizing, making it ready for production or easy to customise for your brand.
